About the Author

First and foremost a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ, I am a vivacious nineteen year old. An early bird through and through (seriously, five am is prime time), I am also a flexible night owl.

Ever since I learned to read at the age of four, I have been devouring books with an insatiable appetite. Writing is another passion of mine, discovered when I was nine years old. I have since written a total of nine novels so far, none of which are yet fit for publication. I am also one of the editors of Kingdom Pen, a Christian online eMagazine and blog for teen writers.

Music is yet another of my passions; I've been playing piano (mostly classical) for twelve years and began teaching piano nearly three years ago.

I am an unabashed coffee addict. I have a nose for coffee and can tell when a fresh pot is brewing (in our home, that is quite often). The aroma has gotten me out of bed before!

In addition to writing, piano teaching, and doing Bible studies, I also very much enjoy singing with my sisters, crocheting, baking (especially intricate dishes) and laughing.
